What do I have? Odd symptoms.

Basically I had unprotected oral sex almost 3 weeks ago. A couple days later I found a red spot or raised skin on my penis. Went and got tested the next day and said I was positive for hsv1. But the doctor also said I’ve probably had it for a while since it takes time for somthing to show up right away. Next couple days I felt very fatigued but not anymore. I noticed a red spot also on my tounge. About the size of a dime right the middle. The red spots or lesions on my penis have not progressed into blisters or anything and are not painful and it’s been 3 weeks. I have had some type of raised hemroid or somthing appear on my anus and have also had random rashes come and go on my leg? Any one have any ideas ???
